Quality Inspection
Ensure the watch is in its original condition with all tags, warranty cards, and protective films intact before repacking it securely in the original box.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 48 to 72 business hours.
Refund Processing
After the product passes our warehouse quality check, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or issued as a bank transfer within 7-10 working days.
